01Program overview
The Pinnacle Garage USA Dealer Network ("the Program") is a wholesale program for businesses that sell or install wheels. Approved dealers buy from our catalog at dealer pricing through the dealer portal and resell to their own customers. The Program is not open to consumers buying for personal use.
02Eligibility & application
To qualify for a dealer account, your business must:
- Be a registered business that sells, installs or services wheels and tires (for example: repair shops, tire and wheel stores, body and collision shops, performance and tuning shops, new and used vehicle dealerships, fleet operators, or established online retailers);
- Hold a valid seller's permit / resale certificate for your state, or a federal EIN for businesses in states without one;
- Operate from a commercial location or an established e-commerce storefront with its own domain; and
- Provide accurate business, contact and tax information, and keep it current.
We review every application by hand and may ask for supporting documents such as a business license, resale certificate, photos of your location or trade references. We may approve, decline or place conditions on any application at our discretion. Accounts are issued per business; please contact us before sharing a login across separate locations.
03Account tiers
Dealer pricing is set by your account tier. New accounts start at Authorized. We review tiers quarterly using your trailing 12-month purchases (paid orders, net of returns and credits):
| Tier | Qualifying 12-month purchases | Highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Authorized | Approved account | Dealer pricing, live stock, flash deals, drop-ship, messaging |
| Preferred | $25,000+ | Deeper discount, early flash-deal access, priority fitment support |
| Elite | $75,000+ | Best price tier, Elite-only deals, dedicated account manager, stock holds |
Your current tier, discount and progress toward the next tier are shown on your dealer dashboard. We may also adjust tiers for strategic accounts, account standing, or policy violations.
04Pricing & minimum advertised price (MAP)
Dealer pricing
Dealer prices are confidential. Don't publish, share or forward your dealer price list or portal login outside your business. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, may change without notice, and are locked at the moment you check out. We don't offer retroactive price protection when prices drop or a flash deal starts after your order.
If a wheel is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typo or system error, we may cancel the affected line and refund it in full, even after payment.
MAP policy
To protect the value of the products and the dealers who invest in selling them, Pinnacle Garage USA has adopted a unilateral minimum advertised price policy:
- The MAP for a wheel is its MSRP shown in the portal unless we publish a different MAP or an approved promotional MAP.
- MAP applies to advertised prices: websites, marketplaces, social media, email, print ads and price-comparison feeds. "Add to cart to see price" or "call for price" methods that display a lower price before the customer commits to purchase also count as advertising.
- MAP does not limit the price you actually sell at in your store, on a written or verbal quote, or on an invoice. You remain free to set your own selling prices.
- Bundled installation, tires or services may be advertised as a package as long as the wheel isn't separately advertised below MAP.
05Ordering & payment
- How to order. Place orders through the dealer portal (catalog, quick order, or reorder). Orders placed by phone or message are entered into the portal by our team and paid through the same checkout.
- Payment. Orders are paid at checkout through Stripe by credit card, debit card or, where enabled, ACH bank transfer. We never see or store your full card number. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds; ACH orders are released for shipping after funds clear (usually 3-5 business days).
- PO numbers & notes. Add your purchase order number and any delivery notes in the order sheet. They appear on your invoice and packing slip.
- Order minimum: 4 sets. Every dealer order must include at least 4 sets of wheels (a set is 4 wheels, so 16 wheels minimum). Sets can be any mix of styles, finishes and sizes. Smaller quantities can be bought at retail on pgwheels.com.
- Quantity limits. The portal limits each line to 20 sets. Larger stocking orders and stock holds can be arranged through your account manager.
- Changes & cancellations. Message us as soon as possible. Orders that haven't shipped can be changed or cancelled at no charge. Once an order ships, the Returns policy applies.
- Net terms. Approved accounts in good standing with at least six months of order history may apply for net terms. Terms are granted at our discretion and may require a credit application.
- Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Filing a chargeback on an order that was delivered as described may result in account suspension.
06Sales tax & resale certificates
Dealer purchases are generally for resale. Keep a valid resale certificate on file with us for each state you take delivery in. Orders delivered to a state where we don't have your current certificate may be charged sales tax where required by law. You're responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax on your own sales to your customers. Contact us any time to update your certificate.
07Inventory & availability
Stock counts shown in the portal are updated regularly from our warehouse system and are a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee. Inventory is shared with our other sales channels. If a wheel sells out between your checkout and our pick, we'll message you within one business day with the options: wait for the next arrival (with an estimated date), switch to an equivalent size or finish, or receive a full refund for that line.
Listings marked "Ships on order" can be ordered with no stock on hand; we'll confirm the ship date before your order is processed.
08Shipping & freight
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the shipment is delivered to the address you gave at checkout (or when picked up). Ship dates and transit times are estimates; we aren't responsible for carrier delays, but we will help you chase any shipment that's running late.
09Blind drop-ship
Select "Blind drop-ship" in your order sheet and enter your customer's name and address at checkout. Drop-ship orders:
- Ship with no Pinnacle Garage USA invoices, price lists, inserts or marketing material in the box;
- Use your PO number as the customer reference where the carrier allows it;
- Follow the same freight, claims and return rules as any other order. Your customer should contact you, not us, about the order; you then contact us.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the address. Address corrections requested by the carrier after shipment may be billed to your account at cost.
10Freight damage, shortages & mis-ships
- Report damage, shortages or wrong items within 48 hours of delivery by opening a Freight claim from the order page in the portal.
- Include photos of the outer box (all sides, shipping label) and of each damaged item, and keep all packaging until the claim is closed.
- For drop-ship orders, your customer must inspect and report to you within the same 48 hours.
- Once a claim is approved we'll ship a replacement at no charge or issue a refund for the affected items. Claims reported after 48 hours, or for wheels that have been mounted, may be declined.
11Returns & RMA
Every return needs a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Request one from the order page in the portal or with a Return / RMA message. Returns that arrive without an approved RMA will be refused.
Returns that fail inspection will be sent back to you at your cost or, at your choice, held for 30 days for pickup.
12Fitment responsibility
The portal's fitment lookup compares each wheel's bolt pattern, center bore, diameter, width and offset against our vehicle database and labels it Bolt-on, Fits with mods, or Verify fit. This information is offered to help you choose, and it is based on stock vehicle specifications. It can't account for brake upgrades, suspension changes, lowering, spacers, tire choice or production variations.
- Always test fit one wheel on the vehicle, front and rear, with the correct lug hardware and before mounting tires. Check caliper clearance, spoke-to-caliper gap, fender and suspension clearance, and turn lock-to-lock.
- Use hub-centric rings where the wheel's center bore is larger than the vehicle hub, and lug nuts or bolts with the correct thread and seat type, torqued to the vehicle maker's spec. Re-torque after 50-100 miles.
- "Fits with mods" may require rolling or pulling fenders, camber adjustment, spacers or other modifications. You're responsible for advising your customer and for performing any work safely.
- Wheels that have been mounted with tires can't be returned for fitment reasons. When in doubt, message us before you mount.
13Warranty
Wheels are warranted to the original dealer against defects in materials and workmanship as follows:
The warranty does not cover damage from road hazards, potholes, curbs or accidents; improper mounting, balancing or installation; incorrect or loose lug hardware; racing, off-road or competition use; chemical damage from harsh wheel cleaners, salt or brake dust left on the finish; normal wear; or any wheel that has been repaired, refinished, modified or used with spacers that were not installed correctly. Approved warranty claims are repaired, replaced with the same or equivalent wheel, or refunded at our option. Open a warranty claim through portal messages with photos, the order number and the vehicle details.
To the extent the law allows, this warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the affected product. We are not liable for labor, tire, alignment, towing or other incidental or consequential costs.
14Style designs & trademarks
Many of our wheels are aftermarket designs inspired by well-known factory or motorsport wheels and are described with the word "style" (for example "BBS LM Style" or "Mercedes-Benz Style"). These wheels are not made, sponsored or endorsed by those brands or vehicle manufacturers, and the names are used only to describe the look. When you advertise or sell them:
- Always keep the word "style" (or "replica") and never describe them as genuine, OEM, OE or factory wheels;
- Don't use other brands' logos, center caps, or trademarks in a way that suggests the wheel is theirs; and
- Don't add or install third-party brand center caps, stickers or engraving that would make the wheel appear genuine.
15Marketing assets & online marketplaces
While your account is active you may use our product photos and descriptions to advertise and sell the wheels you buy from us, following the MAP policy and Section 14. Don't remove watermarks or sell the photos themselves.
Selling our wheels on third-party marketplaces (such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart or Facebook Marketplace) requires our written approval first, so we can avoid duplicate listings and protect MAP. Your own website and in-store sales don't need approval.
16Flash deals
- Flash deals are dealer-only prices on selected wheels for a limited time, shown with a live countdown in the portal.
- The deal price applies only to orders that are checked out and paid before the countdown ends. Items left in an order sheet don't hold the deal price.
- Deals may have a total quantity and a per-dealer limit. Some deals are limited to Preferred or Elite tiers. Limits are enforced at checkout.
- Flash-deal pricing can't be combined with other discounts and isn't applied to earlier orders. Flash-deal items can be returned only for a defect or our error.
- Buying flash-deal stock to resell to other dealers, or using multiple accounts to get around a limit, isn't allowed.
17Account standing, suspension & closing
We may place an account on hold, move it to a lower tier, or close it if the dealer: violates these terms or the MAP policy; files chargebacks on delivered orders; misrepresents its business or resale status; shares its login or dealer pricing; resells to other dealers without approval; or has no paid orders for 12 months. We'll usually message you first and give you a chance to fix the problem, except where the law or the seriousness of the issue requires immediate action. You can close your account at any time by messaging us. Paid orders in progress will still be fulfilled.
18General terms
- Changes. We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll announce material changes on your dashboard. Orders are governed by the terms in effect when they were placed.
- Your login. You're responsible for activity on your account. Use a strong password and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Communications. We'll email you about your orders, account and messages. Promotional emails can be turned off at any time.
- Privacy. We use your information only to run your account and fulfill orders. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
- Independent businesses. Dealers are independent businesses, not agents, franchisees or partners of Pinnacle Garage USA.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with your approved application and any written terms agreement we sign with you, are the whole agreement between us about the Program.
