Dealer FAQ

Who can become a dealer?
Businesses that sell or install wheels: independent repair shops, tire and wheel stores, body and collision shops, performance shops, new and used car dealerships, and established online retailers. You'll need a valid resale permit (seller's permit) or EIN. See eligibility.
Is there a minimum order or annual commitment?
Every dealer order needs at least 4 sets of wheels, in any mix of styles and sizes. There's no annual commitment. Higher tiers are based on trailing 12-month purchases, so pricing improves as you grow.
Do you deliver same day?
Yes. In-stock orders placed and paid by 11:00 AM Pacific (Mon-Fri) get free same-day local delivery to businesses within 75 miles of Baldwin Park, CA 91706. Later orders go out the next business day. Everywhere else in the lower 48 gets free ground freight.
How do payment and checkout work?
Orders are paid at checkout through Stripe by credit card, debit card or ACH bank transfer (if enabled on your account). Orders paid by ACH are released once the payment clears. Approved accounts can ask about net terms.
Do you drop-ship to my customer?
Yes. Choose "Blind drop-ship" at checkout and enter your customer's address. The box ships with no Pinnacle invoices, pricing or marketing material. See drop-ship rules.
What's your return policy for dealers?
Unmounted, uninstalled wheels in original packaging can be returned within 30 days with an RMA number. Returns that aren't our error carry a restocking fee. Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 48 hours. Full details in Returns & RMA.
Can I advertise your wheels below MSRP?
Wheels covered by our minimum advertised price (MAP) policy can't be advertised below MAP online. You're free to sell at any price in-store or on a signed quote. See Pricing & MAP.
